Blissdom 2012 Ice Breaker

It’s almost here and I’m SO excited!

Blissdom is just over a month away and I’m anxious to get to see those of you I’ve gotten to know through the blogosphere, and super excited to make new friends.

That’s why Kristi and I came up with the idea to create an “Ice Breaker” so to speak for everyone attending Blissdom. {And there is an extra special freebie for you below the link-up in this post….make sure you scroll down to take advantage of it}. How does it work?

1. Write an “About Me” post so all those attending Blissdom can get to know you and your blog before we head to Opryland Hotel in February. {And if you’re feeling real risky, post some candid shots of yourself – because lets face it, we don’t always look like our avatar in real life}. Hit “publish” on your blog and once it goes live, link it up to the bloghop below. {You only need to link up once – it will publish to both sites.}

2. Comment on as many “Ice Breaker” posts you can and get to know each other. That way once you’re at the conference, you’ll be able to meet up and recognize each other a little easier.

3. Grab the button we’ve provided below to place in your blog post as well as sidebars so we can spread the word about this Ice Breaker.

ABOUT MEGHAN:

  The Tuckers Take Tennessee began in 2009.  Meghan describes herself as a Christian, Homeschooling Mom, Adoption Advocate, Photography Lover, Southerner, Blogger, Encourager, and Prayer Warrior. She loves to blog about keeping a home, organization, her Christian faith, and homeschooling. Her favorite things are sweet tea, her Nikon, traveling, and cooking. Marketing and PR are her specialties and loves social media. She also co-founded Hip Homeschool Moms {a FUN online community for homeschoolers}. Meghan is pregnant {due with her third boy in April} and also adopting from Uganda. Life keeps her busy but she loves every minute of it. Did you know Kristi is an amazing graphic designer? Yep, she re-designed my blog last month and is working on my business cards {which I'm so excited to share with you at Blissdom}. She is fantastic!

Well, she is a Community Leader this year at Blissdom and will be helping the newbies feel comfortable at their first conference. You won't want to miss her first session at 2:30pm on Wednesday at Blissdom. She and another good friend, Leigh will be with the Newbies.
